Full auto brushless motor segment tooth winding machine. Mainly for small power servo motor segment,40# 60#,80# and 90# tooth winding.

2、 Main function

- Manual load segments or bobbin on the fixture on the load pallet station.

-Fixture with segment or bobbin auto load to machine spindle.

-Auto tailstock, auto fix leader wires on the tooling bobbin pins, auto winding, auto traversing, auto wire cut and clamp. Auto cross bridge if for segment combined winding.

-Fast exchange toolings and programs

-Special long Y axis width, special for segment combined winding.
