1.Range of use

Precise servo press machine.For various kind of press testing, precise assembly, forming and riveting.

Such as motor shaft press into iron, commutator press into shaft.

2. Main work flow.

-Manual load parts on the tooling on the press machine.

-Operator check the right tooling number in the touch screen to choose step/single cycle mode,.

-Double hands press two start buttons. Machine start working.

-Press head fast get down.

-Detector close to tooling and working parts.

-Pressing for assembly

-Buffering before finish assembly

-Keep at pressure position for a while.

-Press head fast back to original position.

-Manual unload products.

Position mode: Constant speed, reach to set absolute position then stop.

Pressure mode: Constant speed, reach to set relative power then stop.

Real time curve analysis and precise control.

Product press curve data can be saved in the HMI or USB.
