1.Range of use

Customized solenoid coil production line. For various kind of solenoid coil, ABS coil,relay coil, ignition coil and step motor coils.

2.Main station and device.

-Auto vibration feed station

-Auto winding station (2 set 12 spindle winding machine)

-Auto fluxing, soldering and testing station.

-High speed carry line and transfer trolleys.

3.Main function and working procedure

-Bobbin auto feed by vibration tray to first trolley,

-First trolley auto transfer to winding station, bobbin auto load to winding machine spindle.

-Auto precise layer winding, auto wrapping, auto wire cut/clamp.

-Bobbin Auto unload to the second trolley. Auto transfer to soldering station by the second trolley.

-Auto pin soldering and testing. Auto unload to the third trolley to next assembly station.

4.Optional device

-Auto taping station and electric servo tensioner.

-Engineer overseas machine installation and testing service.
