BLDC motor needle winding machine For both inner winding and outer winding. Single spindle needle winding machine mainly used for laboratory R&D test production.
2. Main function
-Manual load/unload, manual fix the stator, auto start wire fixed, auto winding, auto accuracy traversing for layer winding, auto wire cut and clamp.
-For exchange needle inner winding and outer winding,only need to change toolings and programs saved in the HMI.
