2. Main function
a. Winding style: Manual load/unload stator iron, manual fix the stator iron before winding. Auto nozzle winding by servo motor driven ，with nozzle up/down ，forward/back and left/right moving, iron core rotate to winding， Auto wire wrapping, auto wire cut/clamp.
b. Accuracy wire traversing by nozzle left/right moving, Nozzle position and every step are programmable.
c. Operator only need to do iron load/unload and fix the iron on the tooling by manual. Others are finished by machine. So according to wire turns,one operator could manager at least 3-5 set machines.
d . For different kind of inner stator winding or rotor outer winding, only need to change fixture and winding programs which are saved in the touch screen.
e. Safety area sensor to protect operator when machine running.
f. Friendly HMI,open type winding programing on the touch screen.
g. Machine is equipped with 3 wire in one nozzle winding device.
